Withdrawing from an online purchase
Notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods at sales@gentleman.bg or through the website returns form. Include your order number, products and contact details. The form is optional: a clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.
Where to send the parcel
Recipient: Modernistika EOOD (Модернистика ЕООД), telephone +359 876 530 104. Use Econt office “Business Park”, Sofia, or Speedy to Sofia, Mladost 4, building 426A, entrance G, Bulgaria. Send without cash on delivery, with the order number and suitable protective packaging.
Costs and condition
The customer pays the direct return costs when withdrawing. Courier costs for a voluntary exchange are also paid by the customer. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Keep packaging and labels where possible; their absence alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, we refund the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard initial delivery, within 14 days of notification. We may wait until the goods or evidence of dispatch are received, whichever is earlier. The same payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost to you. A bank transfer can be agreed for orders paid on delivery.
Faults, incorrect products and exceptions
Contact us with a description and, where possible, photographs of a fault or non-conformity. Statutory remedies and the relevant costs are not restricted by the voluntary exchange conditions. For sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, withdrawal does not apply after unsealing when the statutory conditions are met. This is not a blanket exclusion for all underwear.
