If the ordered and received item does not meet expectations, the customer may exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided that the returned item is unused, clean, free from foreign odours (such as creams, perfumes or cigarette smoke), in its original packaging and with all tags attached. The parcel must include the sales receipt and the returns and exchanges form. Underwear may only be returned if it has been inspected in the presence of the courier! Returns and exchanges of tried-on underwear are not accepted!!!
Returns of non-defective goods
Gentleman.bg online store assures its customers that they may return purchased goods within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided that they have not been used, are clean, free from foreign odours (such as cream, perfume or cigarette smoke), and are accompanied by the original packaging, tags and sales receipt. Underwear may only be returned if it has been inspected in the presence of the courier! Returns and exchanges of tried-on underwear are not accepted!!!
If the conditions described above are not met, the return request will not be considered!
- The customer is responsible for the courier costs of returning the goods.
- Refunds are issued exclusively by bank transfer to an account specified by the customer
- Cash-on-delivery return parcels are not accepted.
- For an approved return, the value of the dispatched goods will be refunded.
- Returns and exchanges of tried-on underwear are not accepted!!!
Once the returned goods have been accepted, we will contact you to confirm that we have received the parcel and will issue the refund within 7 working days. (The statutory period is 14 days!) The amount will be refunded to:
- the bank account you must specify on the returns form!
Returned goods damaged in transit due to unsuitable packaging will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
